How to update extra information on your account

You may need to update your account details to include extra or new information. Like your address, Tax ID, or other information that may be required on your invoices or for tax or business purposes.

To update your account details, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Helio Client or the Helio Dashboard via the website.

  2. Go to your Team settings. This can be found in the left hand corn of the screen this is example it is shown as "P" icon but if you are part of the a team it maybe show another letter.

  3. Click on the Profile button and select Plan and Billing


  4. This will open the Plan and Billing page. Here you can navigate to the Edit Billing Information button.


  5. Click on the Edit Billing Information button to open the billing information form in web browsers and the click on Update information button.


  6. Fill in the required information in the form and click Save to update your account details.

Now your details should be updated.
